Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 days. We work from Monday – Friday 10 am IST to 6 pm IST and orders are processed only during working hours.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We use Speed Post to deliver the physical goods and the shipping is free. It takes 7-10 business days for the delivery to take place.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
The tracking information is shared with the customers via email and you can track the item from the website of India Post.
Customs, duties, and taxes
ActuaryLife is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
ActuaryLife is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship physical goods outside India.
